1. Age Eligibility

To register an account, add funds, or purchase digital marketing services on iLuv SMM Panel, you must be at least 18 years of age. By accessing our platform, creating an account, or conducting transactions, you explicitly represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract in India.

2. The Indian Contract Act, 1872

Under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, individuals under the age of 18 are legally classified as minors and are incompetent to enter into valid commercial contracts.

• iLuv SMM Panel does not knowingly enter into service agreements with minors.
• Any funds added or orders placed by an individual under 18 without explicit, verifiable parental consent are considered voidable.
• Parents or legal guardians are solely responsible for monitoring and restricting their minor children's access to our wholesale dashboard and payment gateways (UPI, Paytm, Bank Transfers, etc.).

3. Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act Compliance

In accordance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we do not intentionally track, collect, or process the personal data of children.

• Our platform is designed strictly for business-to-business (B2B) use, creators, and adult social media professionals.
• We do not deploy targeted advertising directed at individuals under 18.
• If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from an individual under 18 without verifiable parental consent, we will immediately purge that data from our servers located in Haryana and across our wider network.

4. Account Termination & Liability

iLuv SMM Panel reserves the right to request age verification documentation (such as a valid government-issued ID) if we suspect an account is being operated by a minor.

• Failure to provide age verification upon request will result in immediate account suspension.
• We reserve the right to permanently terminate accounts and forfeit any remaining panel balances if it is discovered the user falsified their age during registration.
• iLuv SMM Panel bears no liability for unauthorized transactions executed by minors using a parent or guardian's payment instruments.

5. Parental Guidance

We encourage parents and legal guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities. If you believe your minor child has created an account or added funds to iLuv SMM Panel without your consent, please contact our support team immediately.
