Refund & Cancellation Policy

At iLuv SMM Panel, we strive to provide the highest quality social media marketing services. Because we offer non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we have strict guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations. By depositing funds or placing an order on our panel, you automatically agree to the following terms.

1. Deposit & Balance Refunds

Once funds are deposited into your iLuv SMM Panel account balance, there is no way to reverse the transaction to your original payment method (Bank account, UPI, Credit Card, etc.).

  • Deposited funds must be utilized exclusively for purchasing services within the panel.
  • If you open a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate your account, ban your IP address, and cancel all your current/future orders.

2. Order Cancellations

Our system is fully automated. Once an order is placed and processing has begun, it cannot be canceled, stopped, or reversed. You will only receive a refund to your panel balance if the order completely fails to deliver due to an internal server issue.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We will NOT issue refunds or balance credits under the following circumstances:

  • Private or Hidden Accounts: If you place an order for a social media account that is set to "Private" or changed to private during delivery, the order will be marked as completed, and no refund will be issued.
  • Incorrect Links: If you submit an incorrect URL or username, the order cannot be refunded. Always double-check your links before placing an order.
  • Simultaneous Orders: Do not place multiple orders for the exact same link at the same time using our panel or combining it with another panel. We cannot track the original start count, and no refund will be provided for these orders.

4. Refill Policy (Drop Protection)

Social media algorithms frequently update, which can sometimes cause a drop in metrics (followers, likes, etc.).

If you purchased a service that includes a "Refill Guarantee", we will replenish the dropped amount free of charge within the specified warranty period (e.g., 30 Days). Services marked as "No Refill" or "Guaranteed: None" are strictly non-refundable and do not qualify for any replenishment if drops occur.
