4. Payment, Pricing, and Balance

All payments for services must be deposited in advance into your panel balance. You agree to pay all fees specified for the selected services. Prices for services may fluctuate based on market conditions, and iLuv SMM Panel does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction. Once funds are deposited, they are subject to our strict Refund Policy.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive practices.
• Submitting links that contain explicit, abusive, or politically extremist content.
• Exploiting system bugs, distributing harmful code, or attempting unauthorized access to our APIs.
• Filing fraudulent chargebacks or disputes through payment gateways after receiving services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iLuv SMM Panel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes account suspensions, photo deletions, or drops in engagement executed by the social media platforms themselves. We act solely as a marketing provider and are not affiliated with Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, or any other third-party network.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of iLuv SMM Panel shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Faridabad, Haryana.
